docs(ECR-007): archive LOOP-RUN-005 and sync STATE

关门收尾：归档 loop/gate 产物至 docs/runs，同步 CURRENT/MEMORY/PROFILE，并忽略工作目录 .gates/loop。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
