chore: seal Design Vision v1 and monorepo scaffold

Archive the differentiated YuXinGu product docs, AI engineering system,
design contract, and Go/Vue scaffold. Next execution prioritizes Cece-parity
over early innovation (see .ai/product/STRATEGY.md).
