Run from repo root unless noted.

## Go API (`apps/api`)

```bash

```

Health:

## User H5

## Docker / DB

## Lint (when configured)

# Go — after golangci-lint is added:

# H5 — after eslint is added:

```

## Migrations (when make targets exist)

# Preferred once Makefile lands:
# make migrate
# make migrate-down

# Until then: document the goose/migrate command used in the PR.
