feat: 小程序统一走 Go 后台，咨询与登录切到 /api/v1
去掉协会 WebView 和魔方账密页，微信登录与咨询接口共用同一 token 和拦截器。

fix: 愈心魔方顶栏 logo 移至页面外层 nav-bar（202608278）
弃用 web-view 内 cover 层，改为 yxg-nav-bar + web-view 兄弟结构；
logo 使用包内静态图，H5 参数 nh=1&sbh=4。

WebView 全屏 + cover-image 网络 logo；开发模式自动指向本机 Vite，同步 H5 品牌 logo。
