- 联合码JOINT字典key为三位数，代码生成两位数，改用前缀匹配
- body加flex-direction:column修复桌面端内容偏右
- 添加付费墙：未付则模糊报告内容+解锁按钮，付过显示完整报告
- localStorage 'jiema_paid' 与jiema.html共享付费状态
