feat: actual exchange fees for entry orders

- BitgetTrade: added GetTradeFee() queries /mix/order/fills
- HyperLiquidTrade: added GetTradeFee() parses MarketOpen response
- trader.placeOrder() now returns (errMsg, actualFeeUSD)
- executeEntry uses actual fee from exchange, falls back to estimate
